Our story
From Canton, Michigan to clients nationwide
Morton Technologies LLC was founded to bring senior engineering talent and efficient project delivery to businesses that demand reliable and useful systems. We’re rooted in demanding, critical environments - where uptime, compliance, and usability aren’t optional. Today, we serve clients across Metro Detroit and nationwide.
Founder Mark Morton has led software projects for over two decades across healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, finance, and other operational environments. The principle is simple: build reliable software, respect the client’s business objectives, and communicate clearly.
Morton also builds and operates a focused construction SaaS portfolio. PayAppPro, LienWaiverPro, and SubmittalsHQ serve distinct billing, payment-document, and project-document workflows. DailyLogsPro, planned for Q3 2026, will extend the portfolio into construction daily reporting. Operating these products gives Morton direct experience with SaaS architecture, onboarding, subscriptions, document generation, production operations, and ongoing product improvement.
